Silent Auction

This year we will be using Mobile Bidding for the Silent Auction portion of the event.  When you register for the event, be sure to give your cell phone number so that you will be able to participate.  Prior to the event, you will be notified via text message when the auction opens. 

How to use Mobile Bidding

    If you gave your table host provided your cell phone number prior to the event:  

• You will receive a text message containing your personal bidding link (and bid #) when the online bidding opens, prior to the event.

• You will also receive another text message approximately 30-60 seconds upon checking in at registration. Tap the link on your screen, it will open your browser and take you directly to the mobile bidding site.  There is no app to download.

• Browse packages by number or category.  Click on the photo and you will be able to see the details, min bid, next bid, and select your action.

 Tap the Home Icon to get back to the home screen

 Tap Menu Icon & click on My List to go to the list of your current bids, packages you are winning, watching, etc.

Quick Bid: automatically place the next highest bid

Bid: choose your amount or place a Max Bid & let the system bid for you

Buy Now: you are able to outright buy a package at a premium price

Watch: you can keep an eye on the package before placing a bid

*You will receive a text message if you are out-bid on a package.*

If you did NOT register your cell phone number prior to the event:

• Enter the mobile bidding site into your web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) and use your bidder number to log in.

• Follow the steps above.

• If you wish to receive text messages letting you know that you’ve been out-bid please visit the registration area so that they can add your mobile number to your bidder profile.
